Please find the link to the abstract Resistance to Australian Foliar Pathogens in ICARDA Barley Breeding Germplasm which contains information on the barley disease sub-set of 12 lines, selected based on putative QTL (pQTL) from Laura Ziems GWAS analysis. She presented these results during the 21st Australian Barley Technical Symposium in August this year.
